What You’ll Need:

• 1 bottle of Prosecco -2 cups of Lemon-flavored European soda or any lemon-flavored soda
• Grapefruit flavored or orange flavored vodka
• 2T of agave to taste-sugar crystals -1 clementine, lime or orange-shallow metal baking dish-metal bowl

What You’ll Do:

1. In a large bowl combine a bottle of Prosecco and 2 cups of any lemon-flavored soda
2. Add 2T of agave to taste -stir and pour into a shallow metal baking dish
3. Freeze 2 to 4 hours or overnight
4. When ready to serve with a large spoon shave the frozen mixture until it resembles a slushee
5. Moisten the rim of your glass with a clementine or lime then rim your glass with sugar crystals for a festive touch
6. Then add 1 cup of vodka and transfer immediately to glass
