Asian Persuasion Turkey Meatballs
16 ounces ground turkey
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 large egg
3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
3 tablespoons sliced green onions
1 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 tablespoons Skinny Latina Mother of All Marinades
2 tablespoons of Skinny Latina Asian Persuasion
1/2 cup of Skinny Latina Asian Persuasion
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil and coat with a little olive oil.
- Combine all ingredients for the meatballs in a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
- Roll the meatballs into balls that are 1 1/4 inches. Place on the sheet pan and bake for 11-13 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked.
- Once the meatballs are done cooking, transfer them to a mixing bowl and pour Asian Persuasion sauce over them or serve as a dipping sauce on the side. Serve with jasmine rice or over stir fried noodles. Optional: sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
