Skinny Latina Marinated Salmon with Chimichurri
1 large piece of Salmon
1 cup Skinny Latina Marinade (to marinate Salmon)
¼ cup Skinny Latina Marinade (for chimichurri)
2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro or Parsley
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp Olive oil
- Use Skinny Latina Marinade to flavor your salmon by marinating for 2 hours.
- To top salmon, combine Skinny Latina Marinade, cilantro/parsley, lime juice, and olive oil to make your chimichurri.
- For a creamy aioli, mix some of your fresh chimichurri into 2 Tbsp of mayonnaise.
- Once your salmon is cooked, top with your Skinny Latina Marinade Chimichurri & Aioli.
