You’ll fall in love with these Fish Tacos and they are so easy to make! These are simple, but very versatile tacos, and you can add as much or as little as desired. 

For this recipe, the quantity depends on what you like and what you would like to taste the most. Measure the ingredients with your heart! 


INGREDIENTS:

Coleslaw, mix:

-Shredded cabbage

-Shredded carrots

-Thinly sliced onions

-Skinny Latina Chimi

-Skinny Latina Hot Sauce

-Mayo (optional)

-Lemon juice

-Apple cider vinegar 

-Salt & Pepper


Spicy Mayo, mix:

-Mayo

-Soy sauce

-Skinny Latina Hot Sauce 


DIRECTIONS:

- For the fish, marinade Mahi Mahi or your fish or preference in Skinny Latina Marinade, Salt and Pepper for 20 mins to 1 hour. Cook Fish on a skillet or cast iron pan, using a little bit of oil. Fish will take about 3-5 mins on each side. 

- To assemble, start with the taco shell or tortilla, add coleslaw, pieces of fish, add spicy Mayo and you can add guacamole or avocado salsa as optional.
